Role overview

We're hiring a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to support a high-profile arena construction project in Little Rock, AR. This role is critical to ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality execution of the electrical package and will work closely with our client, subcontractors, and the broader project team. We are looking for individuals with power distribution experience from the underground to switchgear to distribution panels, to lighting, circuits, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full life cycle of electrical construction from planning to closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and procurement
• Coordinate with engineering, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and quality control plans
• Lead regular project meetings and provide reporting on progress and risk
