Conglom Florida LLC is a dynamic and growing company in the consumer products distribution sector. We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team and ensure our financial operations run smoothly. If you are passionate about numbers and have a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record inventory receptions – multiple suppliers ;
• Billing for inventory outbound shipments;
• Billing for inventory storage (one customer-related party);
• Cash deposits and application to AR sub-ledger;
• Supplier invoices matching to PO and receiving voucher, or submit for approval if no PO;
• Record and initiate supplier invoice payments in QuickBooks and bank;
• Advise bank approvers to authorize ACH supplier invoice payments at bank;
• Submitting receptions and shipping documents to related party;
• Credit card payment and reconciliation;
• Bank reconciliations. (two bank accounts);
• Inventory reconciliations (QuickBooks to Physical inventory to FTZ software for FTZ items);
• Preparation of financial statements ;
• Submission of financial statements to external income tax preparers;
• Year-end closing of accounting records;
• Recording of income tax provision in QuickBooks;
• Dealing with internal or external financial auditors if auditors are used.
