We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer with a strong background in automation machine building, PLC / HMI programming, and robotics integration . This is a senior-level role where you'll design, program, and commission advanced control systems that power custom automation solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement control systems for custom automation equipment
- Program PLCs, HMIs, and motion controllers (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, AutomationDirect)
- Integrate and program industrial robots (Fanuc, Epson, Mitsubishi)
- Configure and deploy vision systems (Keyence preferred)
- Create electrical & pneumatic schematics and panel layouts in AutoCAD
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning
- Ensure compliance with UL508A, NFPA 79, and safety standards
What We're Looking For
