Sleep Better Austin Treatment is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to lead our administrative team across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity to combine leadership, operational excellence, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The Administrative Manager will oversee the administrative team across Sleep Better Austin Treatment’s locations. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, effectively balances people management with operational execution, and serves as a key liaison between patients, staff, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and hold the administrative team accountable (LMA).
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new administrative staff.
- Approve timecards and oversee scheduling, including request-off approvals.
- Monitor and update training modules in WorkRamp to ensure staff development and compliance.
Performance & Metrics
Set goals and develop plans for the admin team; monitor performance against key metrics.Ensure admin team consistently meets established goals and metrics.Address operational issues in real time to maintain smooth practice operations.Operations & Finance
Collaborate with leadership to manage administrative budgets and control costs.Oversee admin inventory management, including supplies and vendor coordination.Authorize rush orders and device remakes, ensuring timely patient care.Patient Experience
Act as a patient liaison, handling escalated patient concerns and administrative issues.Work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders to ensure a positive patient experience.Regional & Cross-Functional Support
Assist with regional success initiatives to align locations with organizational goals.Partner with other departments to streamline processes and support multi-site operations.Requirements :
3–5 years of office management experience (healthcare preferred).Proven leadership experience with direct accountability for staff performance.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive patient interactions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with EMR systems and training platforms (e.g., WorkRamp) a plus.Desire to grow within the position.Compensation & Benefits
