job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment up to 5000 volts Ability to plan work, understand drawings, schematics, and instruction manuals. Install, program, troubleshoot PLC's & touch screens for Allen Bradley / Rockwell & GE products. Install, program, troubleshoot VFDs (ABB, Allen Bradley PowerFlex) Maintain and repair mechanical / electrical drives and automation instrumentation Troubleshoot & repair three phase motors & motor controls up to 1500Hp. Understand / Participate in a multi-craft approach including motor couplings, belts, sheaves, guards, rigging, laser alignment, welding, etc. Perform all facilities maintenance including lighting & fire alarm / fire suppression systems Understand OSHA guidelines for PPE , Lockout & NFPA70E safe electrical work practices. Understand & adhere to NEC requirements for new installations Mentor apprentices as assigned.

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Electricians with strong troubleshooting skills. Applicants must hold a current State of Michigan journeyman or master electrician license. Must have excellent communication & documentation skills and be able to work alone or in a group setting.
