Needed immediately : A Mechanical Project Engineer in Alpharetta, GA. The Engineer will provide support and guidance on high-quality industrial projects.
Required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, but non-degreed candidates with ample experience may be considered
- 5-10+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering background in industrial projects such as chemical or pulp and paper
- Autocad Plant 3D knowledge preferred (navigation within the software, not design)
- Pipeflow and / or Autoplant experience is a plus
- Proposal management experience is beneficial
- Ability to prepare technical memorandums / study reports to justify decisions / actions
- Experience with Microsoft Project is an asset
- Knowledge of economic decision-making approaches based on available facts and constraints
- EIT certification highly preferred; PE certification is a plus
