About the job
In this role, as a Head of Global Partner Development, you will execute business development and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the corporate business segment. This role includes developing GTM programs, collaborating across the product teams with a specialty for Google Workspace and Security, identifying and recruiting new partners, overseeing transformative work streams, and aligning the regional team approach to expanding the Corporate segment, specifically in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. You will be responsible for driving initiatives, enhancing market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across the partners and select markets.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and other factors. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for your location during hiring. Note : compensation details reflect base salary only; do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
