Manager - Marketing Capabilities
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Learning & Development professional with marketing experience to join our Global Marketing Capabilities team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of learning strategies that drive marketing excellence across the enterprise. While this is an individual contributor role, you will provide both thought and tactical leadership by partnering across teams to influence, shape, and execute impactful learning solutions. You will contribute to building core and advanced marketing capabilities by delivering tailored, scalable, and innovative learning programs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :
Collaborate with Corporate, Divisional Marketing, and HR teams to define a Marketing Learning and Development strategy.
Align the learning strategy with enterprise goals and the integrated marketing framework.
Segment marketing audiences by persona to tailor development initiatives effectively.
Identify critical capability gaps that limit performance or hinder strategic execution.
Prioritize learning solutions based on potential to drive measurable business impact.
Apply instructional design principles to develop persona-based learning journeys.
Leverage existing platforms and content to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Design new learning offerings when current resources do not meet capability needs.
Define key performance indicators to measure the success of learning programs.
Analyze performance data and learner feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
Optimize learning programs through continuous improvement and data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, marketing training, or capability building.
Proven experience designing and delivering marketing learning programs (e.g., digital marketing, brand strategy, data & insights).
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning platforms.
Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Effective communication and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization, ideally within medical devices or healthcare.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
Knowledge of change management principles and how to integrate learning into business workflows.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
