Corporate Real Estate Project Manager

We are supporting a top-tier client in the energy and manufacturing sector in their search for a Corporate Real Estate Project Manager – CAPEX to join their team in Jefferson City, Missouri . This newly created role is a result of major investment and expansion across the U.S. and will play a key part in the delivery of high-impact, capital-intensive projects at key manufacturing sites.

This individual will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale corporate real estate and facilities projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

CAPEX Project Management :

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex corporate real estate development and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align with project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage contracts, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor site activities, address construction challenges, and ensure strict compliance with safety, building codes, and quality standards.
• Oversee cost control, invoice tracking, risk mitigation, and project closeout documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Capture and apply lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery outcomes.
