job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIndependently develop key state performance metrics to support rate filings and profitability analyses Communicate effectively to secure internal and external approvals for proposed changes Create and enhance analytical tools leveraging technical skills Build and maintain partnerships with various internal organizations including product management and data science Participate in nationwide projects and enhancements related to complex product features Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector Near ACAS or FCAS credential, or equivalent experience without pursuing exams Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL, VBA, R, Python, SAS, or similar coding languages preferred Familiarity with Personal Lines insurance products Driven, intellectually curious, and resourceful Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with strong time and project management skills
