SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Summary : The Senior Accountant is responsible for handling of advanced level accounting procedures including, but not limited to, e-filing reconciliations, credit card transactions, and credit card tracking. The Senior Accountant is also responsible for maintaining procedural documents and responding to audit requests for the Accounting Department. Essential Functions and Duties :

• E-fling reconciliations
• Credit Card Transaction Handling
• Credit Card Tracking
• Identify areas of improvement throughout the accounting department and work with key partners to implement change
• Document and create procedural documents
• Respond to Audit requests and handle documentation collection
• Provide backup for other roles Required Education & Experience :
• High School Diploma / GED
• BA / BS in Accounting Preferred
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience
• Experience with process documentation Competencies :

Work Environment and Physical Demands : This role operates in a professional office setting, routinely working with standard office equipment.
