Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for supporting mission-driven operations? We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative team dedicated to financial excellence in the real estate / property management sector.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and partnering with operational leaders to enhance performance across multiple assisted living communities. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Maintain general ledger, post journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, and oversee daily deposits.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide financial reporting and insights to support community operations and leadership.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including healthcare-related financial reporting.
Support audits and tax filings with accurate documentation and schedules.
Collaborate with operational teams to identify efficiencies and improve financial outcomes.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Serve as backup for claims billing and resolve billing issues as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in healthcare, real estate or service-based industries.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Pay Details : $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
