Key Responsibilities
- Fund Accounting : Manage the monthly close process for multiple investment funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Statements : Prepare and review fund-level financial statements that meet the highest standards of compliance and transparency.
- Investor Support : Collaborate with Tax, Operations, and Investor Services teams to deliver essential financial information to investors.
- Third-Party Oversight : Lead and oversee relationships with third-party administrators.
- Capital Transactions : Review capital draws and distributions with attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Communication : Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to produce and refine financial statements.
- Audit and Compliance : Monitor compliance with external audit workflows and regulatory standards.
- Project Leadership : Take an active role in cross-functional ad hoc projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience or 4 years of financial services industry experience.Strong background in accounting processes, including the preparation and review of financial statements.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance , or a related field (CPA certification preferred).Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including teamwork and relationship development across departments.Advanced problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and financial systems.Why Join Us?
