Job Description

The Job :

• Reporting to the Vice President / Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing
• The Director will oversee the strategy and execution of influencer and campus marketing campaigns on behalf of Her Campus Media (HCM).
• This role will manage key programs end-to-end, from campaign brief development through execution and reporting, ensuring they meet brand objectives and deliver best-in-class client service.
• The Director will play an important role in client-facing communication, cross-team collaboration, and guiding junior team members to successful delivery.
• This individual is both strategic and execution-minded : comfortable advising clients, making data-driven recommendations, and actively guiding execution to ensure flawless delivery.
• The Director will also contribute thought leadership to campaign ideation, influencer marketing best practices, and industry trends.

Salary Range : On Target Earnings (OTE) $130-180k

Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and other factors.
