Job Description We are seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator to configure and manage our HaloITSM platform, including workflows, SLAs, reporting, and service catalog design. This role requires strong Excel skills for data analysis and performance tracking, along with a solid understanding of ITIL practices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can work independently while collaborating across teams to drive continuous improvement in our service management processes. The Pay Rate range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
