Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in business strategy, technology operations, risk management, communications, and regulatory environment / requirements ideally within a large financial institution. The individual will lead initiatives, conduct analysis, and support executive decision-making through structured insights, reporting, and management routines from within the Information Technology for the Americas (ITA) organization.

Major Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of long-term organizational strategy
• Conduct research and analysis on operational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization
• Identify threats and opportunities and recommend prioritization
• Present findings, projections, and recommended actions
• Drive and report on enterprise-wide initiatives for ITA
• Support executive decision-making through structured analysis and reporting
• Support executive-level requests and reporting across ITA

Qualifications

The typical base pay range for this role is between $155K - $181K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and / or incentive compensation.
