A company is looking for a Tax Director - Mergers and Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead tax structuring and planning for M&A transactions

Oversee tax due diligence and risk assessments for target entities

Advise clients on tax implications of deal structures and integration planning

Qualifications : CPA or EA required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)

Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting or consulting, focused on M&A tax

Strong knowledge of partnership taxation and corporate reorganizations

Experience with flow-through entities and REITs is a plus
