Director of Analytics

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Growth & CX Analytics Domain, serving as the primary analytics partner for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leadership

Build and execute the Client & Marketing Analytics Strategy, ensuring high-quality reporting and driving the adoption of self-service analytics

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on contributions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master's degree is a plus

10+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data science

5+ years of experience leading a technical team with a focus on mentoring and performance management

Hands-on experience with modern data stack and proficiency with dbt for data modeling

Experience building or running client-facing reporting / dashboards in SaaS environments preferred
