Overview

Blue Flame is part of a national service leader, and we have an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious, team-oriented professional who is interested in joining our team in a temporary, 4 month, Accounting Specialist / Office Clerk role.

Responsibilities

  • Review accounts receivables and collection activities to ensure that information is processed accurately and timely.
  • Performs collection activities, investigates outstanding invoices and processes liens for collections when necessary
  • Experience with expense tracking, scheduling and follow-up through task completion.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure timely submission and completion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections.

    • Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED equivalent, and 2-4 years experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable required. Related experience and / or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices a plus
  • Must be able to use a excel, create and interpret
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft programs, particularly excel
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Experience with HVAC industry and permitting a plus.
