Business Development : Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand and diversify the customer base. Technical Support : Provide guidance, product recommendations, and solutions for customer projects. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement regional strategies to increase product adoption and market share. Collaboration : Work with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to provide tailored solutions. Customer Engagement : Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions. Brand Promotion : Attend trade shows, regional events, and customer sites. Pipeline Management : Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting. Required Skills / Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of successful outside sales or territory management experience , ideally in B2B or industrial sales. Proven track record of new business development, account management, and revenue growth
Overview
Acara Solutions is seeking a Central Region Sales Manager - Structural Steel Solutions to join our client, a leading provider of structural steel connection products, including innovative solutions such as BeamClamp, BoxBolt, and other engineered fastening systems.
- Type : Direct Hire
- Schedule : 100% remote with 30-40% travel across the Central Region (preferred locations : Detroit, Chicago, San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston)
- Salary : $80,000-$85,000 base plus commission
