Company Info : Am100 Law Firm, ~13% YoY growth recently. Rapidly rising through the ranks of US law with fantastic growth trajectory. Expanding offices. Many attorneys being recognized and hold an abundance of Tier 1 rankings for their practices. Things are going really well.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the internal approval process for client pricing arrangements, preparing recurring reports that identify risks and prompt timely follow-up.
• Partner with attorneys to design pricing structures and budgets, addressing potential challenges tied to client requirements.
• Review historical data, analyze trends, and consider future projections to recommend alternative approaches that enhance matter and client profitability.
• Contribute to proposal responses by modeling financial and business impacts and presenting key considerations to firm leadership.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine processes, introduce new tools, and implement workflow improvements.
• Apply firm economics to provide scenario analyses and cost insights that guide leadership in pricing decisions.
• Track performance of alternative fee arrangements from initial approval through ongoing review of actual results against established budgets.
• Build collaborative relationships with support teams and colleagues across functions.
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to deliver accurate, timely, and policy-compliant service to attorneys and clients.
• Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and client service when working with attorneys, staff, and external clients.
