Duncan-Parnell is looking for a Wallcovering Installer in our Charlotte, NC office. This role is a critical position supporting both operations and customers in our Signs & Graphics division.

Position Summary :

The Wallcovering Installer is responsible for preparing, measuring, cutting, and applying a wide range of wallcovering materials to interior and exterior surfaces. This role requires a strong eye for detail, precision, and craftsmanship to ensure a high-quality finish that meets design and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Measure and prepare walls, ensuring surfaces are clean, smooth, and properly primed for installation.
• Cut, match, and apply wallcoverings including vinyl, fabric, digital prints, murals, and specialty materials.
• Align patterns precisely and maintain consistent seams and adhesion.
• Remove old wallcoverings and repair damaged surfaces as needed.
• Mix and apply appropriate adhesives, following manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in clean, working condition.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installers to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and site regulations during installation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure superior craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
