POSITION OVERVIEW
Director of Digital and Product Marketing at Harbor Health will lead Harbor Health's digital marketing strategy and product marketing initiatives to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is critical in establishing Harbor Health's brand presence in the Austin market while effectively communicating our innovative payvider model to prospective members, healthcare partners, and stakeholders.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Harbor Health's growth objectives
- Lead product marketing initiatives to position Harbor Health's unique payvider model in the healthcare market
- Create go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and member programs
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track marketing effectiveness and ROI
Digital Marketing & Brand Development
Oversee all digital channels including website optimization, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketingDevelop and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive member acquisitionShape Harbor Health's brand voice and messaging for target member demographicsCreate compelling content that educates the market about our innovative healthcare modelMarket Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify member needs, competitive positioning, and growth opportunitiesAnalyze member data and behavior patterns to optimize marketing strategiesMonitor industry trends and provide regular performance reporting to leadershipEvent Coordination & Team Leadership
Plan and execute corporate events, member engagement activities, and industry conferencesBuild and lead a high-performing marketing team as the organization scalesCollaborate with operations, clinical, and business development teamsFoster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision makingDESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA preferred10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in leadership rolesProven track record in digital marketing (paid advertising, SEO / SEM, email, social media)Healthcare marketing experience with deep understanding of consumer behavior and regulatory considerationsInsurance industry background with knowledge of health plan marketing and member acquisition strategiesEvent coordination and management experienceStrong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics platforms and CRM systemsPreferred Experience
Healthcare startup, health tech, or innovative healthcare delivery model experienceKnowledge of value-based care or healthcare payment modelsB2C and B2B marketing experienceBrand development and positioning for emerging companiesCore Competencies
