job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail / mall location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail / mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents occurring within the location. Assist patrons, employees, and / or visitors by providing information and guidance as needed. Support emergency response activities when appropriate, maintaining communication with Allied Universal and site management. Document all incidents and / or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client procedures. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Officer - Retail Site Patrol
As a Security Officer - Retail Site Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a retail or mall location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Mon 10 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM
Fri 10 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM
Sat 08 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM
Sun 08 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
