What You'll Do

As the Financial Coaching and Facilitator Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our coaching and facilitation network. Your role will include :

  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with facilitators, coaches, and community partners
  • Delivering dynamic training sessions and ongoing support for coaches and facilitators
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a diverse team of community financial coaches and facilitators
  • Leading and modeling high-quality program facilitation and coaching
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance and program impact through coaching reports and feedback
  • Shaping and improving training tools and programming for long-term success
  • Actively contribute to organizational learning and continuous improvement

Who You Are

You're a collaborative leader with :

  • 5+ years of experience in project and people management—BA preferred, but not required
  • Strong team building skills along with the ability to work well with people from diverse and marginalized backgrounds
  • Background in coaching, facilitation, and adult education (especially in nonprofit settings)
  • A strong equity lens and cultural humility
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A desire to learn, grow, and make a tangible difference

    • Work Environment

    This is a hybrid role based in Omaha, NE, with regular in-person meetings, occasional evening / weekend events, and flexibility to work remotely part of the week.
