MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (MACHINE), JUNIOR LEVEL

6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm M-F

Full time permanent career opportunity

Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge of industrial machine repair
  • Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance requirements
  • Hydraulics & Fabricating

Responsible for maintaining and improving property, plant, and equipment :

  • Maintain all Safety regulations and safe work environment.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedule per ISO and company requirements.
  • Maintain and improve machinery, equipment, and facility.
  • Improve machinery to improve safety and process flow.
  • Implement “Lean” techniques to improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.
  • Keep the facility clean and free from issues or flaws in equipment and property.
  • Help with projects as required by management.
  • Maintain records of machine failures.
  • Maintain record of day-to-day operations.

    • Physical Demand of Job :

  • Be able to stand for 8-hour shift
  • Be able to lift 75-100 LBS.

    • Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical / vocational skills preferred
