Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls regarding claims inquiries, providing clear and empathetic support
Apply knowledge of the claims process to resolve customer questions accurately
Record detailed notes of all customer interactions in the processing database
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Spanish / English language proficiency is required
1 - 2 years of previous call center / customer service experience required
Ability to actively listen and provide thoughtful solutions to customer concerns
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
