A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers during Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to chat / email messages from existing customers

Helping potential customers determine if the service suits their business

Collaborating with developers and third-party integrators to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

Availability to work during NZ and Australian business hours (Mon-Fri, 6am-7pm local time)

Passion for providing exceptional customer support

Empathy and ability to understand customer perspectives

Superb English skills for friendly and clear communication

Willingness to work in a flexible, remote environment
