Key Responsibilities
Manage customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
Handle inbound calls and forward messages to clients in a fast-paced environment
Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Dependable with a consistent attendance record
Above-average computer skills, including typing
Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase
