Xylem is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to support our Industrial Projects Business within the water treatment sector.

In this role, the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical and operational expertise in the design, development, installation, and commissioning of industrial process and wastewater treatment systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and performance of advanced water treatment solutions for our industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and equipment issues.
• Conduct site surveys and support installation planning.
• Lead maintenance and calibration of tools and test equipment.
• Train customers and junior technicians on system operations.
• Document site activities and system performance.
• Travel to domestic and international project sites (up to 85%).

The estimated salary range for this position is $72,300.00 to $130,100.00. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
