We seek a Subpoena Specialist for our busy workers’ compensation and general liability practice areas. The Subpoena Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day preparation and issuance of subpoenas for the firm. This includes issuing medical records requests, printing and saving records received and following up on outstanding records. Our Subpoena Specialist is required to have exceptional knowledge of HIPAA to ensure patient privacy, be diligent about confidentiality, and have exceptional organizational and computer skills.
- Typing with Speed and Accuracy
- Detail-oriented and outstanding organizational skills
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize time-sensitive requests
- Strong computer skills : Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe or Nuance
- Time management skills and ability to multitask between projects
- WorldDox, Tabs3 is a plus
