Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish engaging daily social content that aligns with the organization's mission
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and foster positive community interactions
Track and analyze key social metrics, producing regular performance reports with insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a nonprofit or cause-driven organization
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprout Social and Airtable
Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
