Job Description
Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD standards and regulations. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track. Ensure all safety standards and protocols are strictly followed on the construction site. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Prepare and manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports. Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
