RESPONSIBILITIES :

Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is immediately seeking a Data Analyst with strong Tableau development skills to transform raw data into actionable insights. This role requires expertise in SQL for data querying, trend analysis, and building dashboards from the ground up. The ideal candidate can interpret data effectively and present it through clear, compelling visual narratives. Telecommunications experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions
• The Tableau Developer / Data Analyst will design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports from scratch, based on stakeholder requirements
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into visual data stories
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, insightful manner
• As a Tableau Developer / Data Analyst, you will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all reporting outputs
• Continuously improve reporting processes and dashboard usability

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
