The Senior Director, Data Science, leads the development and execution of advanced data strategies and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and innovation.

The Data Science leadership team drives strategic innovation by leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to transform business outcomes.

What you'll do :

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models to support strategic business initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into data-driven strategies and actionable insights.
• Oversee model assessment, validation, and lifecycle management to ensure accuracy and sustainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentor and guide data science teams to enhance technical capabilities and deliver high-impact results.
• Drive data visualization efforts to communicate insights effectively and influence decision-making.
• Shape and implement data strategies that maximize the value of data assets across multiple domains.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
