Position Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Manager of AI Supply Automation to lead the development of intelligent, data-driven systems that balance driver supply with fulfillment demandat massive scale. You will build and refine AI-led automation that forecasts supply gaps and autonomously triggers interventions to optimize Spark's reliability, cost, and coverage.

What You'll Do

• Develop systems that forecast driver availability and supply gaps at regional and national levels.
• Design and implement automation that activates supply levers (e.g., pings, positioning, incentives, messaging).
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering and Data Science to scale intelligent decision-making across markets.
• Collaborate with Field Ops to test supply interventions and evaluate impact.
• Define and own supply-side KPIs (e.g., coverage rate, supply utilization, incentive ROI).

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
