We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting accounting processes to ensure smooth financial operations

This role is fully onsite

Salary : $65-75k / yr

Responsibilities :

• Record and maintain financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure proper tax and benefits deductions.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
