We are looking for an experienced ERP / SCM / CRM / BI Consultant to join our team on a Contract to permanent basis in Madison, WI. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance to end users across multiple sites, ensuring seamless functionality and optimization of systems. Your ability to bridge technical concepts with business needs will be essential to drive effective communication and productive outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive support for Epicor ERP systems, addressing the needs of approximately 500 end users across four locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business language.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using tools like Excel to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in the configuration and management of ERP, SCM, CRM, and BI systems to meet organizational needs.
• Ensure smooth integration of API developments and support ongoing system enhancements.
• Create and update business requirement documents to align with project goals and user expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and user concerns.
• Utilize client-side scripting to customize and optimize system performance.
• Support system customization efforts, ensuring compliance with business objectives and technical standards.
• Contribute to the management of configuration processes to maintain system integrity and efficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems in a detail-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse user base across multiple sites.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing business requirement documents.
• Experience with client-side scripting and API development to enhance system functionality.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development and CRM system optimization.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data reporting and analysis.
• Ability to effectively translate technical information into business-friendly language.
• Knowledge of configuration management and system customization best practices.
