We are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, executing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic planning, and develop essential marketing skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, records, and assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing concepts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
