Responsibilities
- Contact with our VIP Customers and new customers.
- Build and maintain relationships by outbound calling, email, sms, whatsapp.
- Understand and analyze activities and trend of high-value customers.
- Develop effects and tools to encourage sportsbook players` activity.
- Understanding of different betting markets(totals, handicaps, ML) and terms of bets` settlement.
- Familiar with types of sportsbook bonuses and their mechanics.
- Basic knowledge of sport events` schedule and ability to prioritize events depending on the player's country and his betting history.
- Analyzing customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring their behavior, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Discovering new methods to return inactive customers.
- Participation in optimizing existing company processes and promoting initiatives to improve customer interaction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a VIP in casino products.Proficiency in English and knowledge of Russian language.Sales experience would be a plus.Excel and analytics.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Problem-solving aptitude.What we offer :
