Key Responsibilities :

This includes tasks like loading and unloading materials, feeding materials into machines, and assisting with machine setup according to specifications.

  • Quality Control :

Monitoring machine output, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet quality standards.

  • Material Handling :

    • Moving materials and products around the work area, using equipment like forklifts or hand trucks.

  • Routine Maintenance :

    • Helping with basic machine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

  • Troubleshooting :

    • Identifying and resolving issues with the machinery.

  • Safety Compliance :

    • Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Documentation :

    • Recording production data, machine malfunctions, and maintenance activities.

  • Teamwork and Communication :

    • Collaborating with other team members, communicating effectively with supervisors, and participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Skills and Qualifications :

  • Mechanical aptitude : Understanding basic mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
  • Attention to detail : Ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Physical stamina : Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials.
