Imagine Your Impact.

As an Implementation Specialist, StudySync, you will use your expertise to oversee the implementation and management of customer needs for all StudySync accounts within your assigned region. You will rely on your effective communication skills to provide training and support for schools through webinars, product training, professional development sessions, and sales presentations and to communicate regularly with district leadership, administrators and coaches, teachers, and our sales partner to ensure customer success. You will also apply your organizational skills and attention to detail by tracking account support activities across the customer life cycle including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, training, and renewal business using Salesforce.

Position Information : This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Implementation Manager.

Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $64,678 and $72,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive / commission / annual bonus pay based on individual and / or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education / certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location : In this US-based position your location will be remote. To be considered you must reside within 50 miles of one of the following airports : Kansas City International (MCI), Denver International Airport (DEN) and / or Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA).

Travel : You can also expect up to approximately 40% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
