A company is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to provide professional Human Resources services and support.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with business leaders on HR policies, training needs, and employee relations
Partner with HRBPs to deliver HR projects and initiatives, ensuring successful presentations and reports
Research talent market trends and prepare reports for HR leadership and staff
Required Qualifications
Eight (8) years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations
Relevant industry experience preferred
Experience in a matrix environment is strongly preferred
SPHR or PHR certification (or SHRM equivalent) preferred
Six Sigma certifications (Green or Black belt) preferred
