Customer Service Representative

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a local insurance agency in West Allis, WI. If you're a people-person with great communication skills and ready to start a meaningful career in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to clients
  • Answer questions about insurance policies, billing, and claims
  • Assist with policy changes, transfers, and documentation
  • Work in a team environment to meet customer needs
  • Problem-solve and provide effective solutions

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and obtain insurance licenses (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)
  • Customer-first attitude and attention to detail
  • Must pass a background check

    • Preferred (but not required) :

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Previous insurance experience or licensing
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)
