Wound Care Sales Account Executive

Account Executive Position

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is a national leader in providing medical equipment and services. We are looking for professional and dedicated Account Executives to join our Sales team. As a Rotech sales professional, you will be responsible for face to face sales calls, establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other referral sources in the medical community. You will also be expected to meet or exceed your monthly sales quota, continually educate clients, and market our services, respiratory equipment, and medications to new prospects.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, a highly lucrative commission plan, bonuses, car and mileage reimbursement, company cellular phone, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications :

• Employment is contingent on background investigation, drug screen, and valid driver's license.
• Four-year college degree is preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred.
• Leadership experience in other areas or fields is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written, with physicians, location employees, and patients.
• Helpful, knowledgeable, and polite while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of communication mediums.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME).
• Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution when handling sensitive information.
• Medical terminology.
• Multi-task along with attention to detail.
• Self-motivation, organized, time-management, and deductive problem solving skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
