Join our dynamic team in the Guitar Manufacturing industry as a Utility Person - Machine Room Saws Operator! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our beautiful products are crafted with precision and care. Working alongside skilled artisans, you will have the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of guitar manufacturing parts while operating and maintaining various saws and machinery in our state-of-the-art machine room. This individual overtime will train on all functions in the rotation of the Saws work center. This individual will be responsible for the operation and setup of various machinery, including, but not limited to, the Fadal CNC machine, CNC sander, chop saw, table saws, drill press, routers, crowners, and various hand tools and measuring instruments, to produce a variety of parts according to established quality specifications and operation procedures. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various saws and machinery in the machine room.
• Train and become proficient in various operations or required machinery in the Saws rotation overtime.
• Assist in the setup and changeover of cutting tools and equipment.
• Monitor the quality of materials and products during the cutting process.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines within the machine room environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Work Hours : 1st shift - 5 : 45a.m.-2 : 15p.m. or 5 : 45a.m.-3 : 15p.m. Monday through Friday

Production demands may necessitate overtime Monday through Thursday.
