Physical Security Officer and Mailroom Clerk

Overview

Oversees the Security Department and the Mailroom in Dallas office working closely with the NY Security Office to ensure business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

What You'll Do

• Issue Access Control & Badges to employees
• Monitor CCTV for the Dallas office
• Perform Security Patrols & Door Checks on a regular basis throughout the day
• Manage Key Inventory
• Assist with open & sorting Incoming mail
• Pick-up, sort & deliver mail
