Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for accurately ringing up products in an efficient manner and assists in the supervision of the cashiers. The Supervisor should be comfortable approaching guests to offer services and sell products. In addition, the Supervisor must be willing to help fellow co-workers complete tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Handles credit card transactions using the Point of Sales system
• Supervises and gives direction to the retail cashiers and workers.
• Responsible for opening and closing of store.
• Responds to guest's needs and requests, effectively using suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintains service areas.
• Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfactions.
• Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging / presentation and pricing.
• Responds to guest needs and requests.
• Assist in creating personalized.
• Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines.
• Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
• Communicates guest issues to management.
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
