Aldridge is currently seeking a highly motivated Compensation & Performance Management Coordinator to support our team in building a best-in-class performance culture. You'll play a vital role in supporting our various performance management programs and annual compensation review process, while also becoming a go-to resource for Cornerstone system administration. What you'll do :

• Coordinate the quarterly performance management processes and crew leader check-ins
• Assist with the annual bonus / raise process
• Administer 360 feedback reviews and support development plan creation
• Maintain Cornerstone system, including corporate org chart and report / dashboard creation
• Support in development of job architecture project and company roll-out

What we offer :

The annual base pay for this role is between $65,000 - $80,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following :
