Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondencePlan and perform operational / integrated audits, collaborating with other team members, and focusing on the areas of risk as justified by metrics and dataInteract with team members at all levels of the businessWrite clear and concise reports that communicate the audit observations, risks and recommendations in a manner articulates the urgency or opportunity for Senior LeadershipCoordinate work with branch managers, and escalating as necessary to the appropriate parties ensuring completion of audit tasksCommunicate ongoing compliance issues to Management in a timely mannerIdentify staff and branches in need of additional training. Provide one on one training, as neededAudit Branch Compliance to include I-9s, E-Verify, Onboarding Documents, WOTC, 1095s and any other required documentation weeklyEstablish ongoing quality assurance by offering company wide training quarterlyCompetency : To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competenciesRequirements and Qualifications
